Very rude when you call and if you e-mail them they don't answer your questions, they just tell you to call. They didn't have any of the bigger inflatables for several possible dates. Their website says the price match, but when I asked about it I was told they only price match of M&M has the EXACT same jumper available for the EXACT same day/time. Also, the prices listed on their site are much lower than what they tell you when you call. Go on and get your inflatable from M&M.
