I recently had a tooth extracted at by Dr Auzins at his St Helens office. Dr Auzins was wonderful and did a great job, his surgical staff was pleasant and professional. I only wish that that his administrative staff was as helpful. In fact dealing with Dr Auzins admin staff was very unpleasant and not at all helpful. One of them even went so far as to imply that I was attempting to falsify a DR`s note (for clearance to preform the surgery) by having it faxed from my Pharmacy instead of the DR`s office. It is one thing to just be rude, it is another to be insulting. I came away with the feeling that this admin staff couldn't care less about Dr Auzins patients, and that I had been treated like an obstacle to "just get passed", and get on with their day. If you are someone who has special needs (like being allergic to codeine) I recommend you think twice before booking an appointment, and have extra time and money for a general practitioner to take care of your prescriptions and after care.
