    After seeing a man enter with his dog on 1/31 and being told by the hostess that the dog was allowed since the pet's owner is a part-owner of the Victory Club, I won't go back. Makes you wonder what other health codes they violate!

    Good wine list, great atmosphere. The meatloaf is the best I have ever had! Friendly, helpful service. I love this place!!
