Ok, I read the review from the guy that said he was from texas. As I am from texas also, I had to see if he was right about being the best he has had. I went in as a skeptic. However, That was some Dang fine BBQ. I have eaten at BBQ places across the country (including many in texas) And BIG Ed's Takes a STRONG second place (second only to one in Round rock Texas) I was pleasantly surprised and wonderfully full after leaving. I will go back frequently. The pulled pork is, so far, the best thing there, the catfish being a close second. I was amazed at how the catfish was not as oily as fried catfish usually is. And the people were great. Its places like this that give credit to the saying "Good Friends, Good meat, Good God lets Eat" If you live within 50 miles and haven't gone to Big Eds, you must not have heard about it yet. Well, I'm tellin ya. Walk, Run, Drive, it doesn't matter, Just go check it out!!! If your disapointed, its because you don't know good BBQ.
