User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe had the pleasure of doing business with Forest Park Window Company this summer and found them to be very professional, honest, and reliable. They had a great choice of windows at very reasonable prices. We had a large custom living room window installed and it is absolutely beautiful. The installation process was well organized and the employees were polite, considerate and careful during it all.....(even watched out for my prized flowers under the window). Please know we found the overall experience (and service) way above average. We HIGHLY recommend Forest Park Window Company to anyone who wants good honest service at an affordable price. We referred friends and family to this company and they also received the same excellent service. We thank the owner, Mr. John Martin for the personal attention and top-notch quality craftsmanship of the window ---all at an affordable price! We will certainly use Forest Park Window Company again in the future as they rate an A+ for Outstanding Service and high quality merchandise !!

We met with the owner of this company for new windows about 3 months ago. The owner agreed to install new windows he said finacing would not be a problem. We talked on a few occadions where he stated that he had ordered windows and was just waiting to recieve them. Then eventually he wouldnt answer the phone or return calls I contacted the B.B.B. the company lied then promised to return the 500.00 My mother ended up in the hospital with pnemonia thanks to the dishonesty of the owner of this company, I have talked to the prosecutor and I am considering filing fraud charges. BEWARE BEWARE
