They had a great choice of windows at very reasonable prices. We had a large custom living room window installed and it is absolutely beautiful. The installation process was well organized and the employees were polite, considerate and careful during it all.....(even watched out for my prized flowers under the window). We met with the owner of this company for new windows about 3 months ago. The owner agreed to install new windows he said finacing would not be a problem. We talked on a few occadions where he stated that he had ordered windows and was just waiting to recieve them. Then eventually he wouldnt answer the phone or return calls I contacted the B.B.B. the company lied then promised to return the 500.00 My mother ended up in the hospital with pnemonia thanks to the dishonesty of the owner of this company, I have talked to the prosecutor and I am considering filing fraud charges. BEWARE BEWARE
