I have a anxiety disorder "Im very nervous"I rented my home out for income."so much for that" I got a tenant from hell,Her name is Tracie Clark if any body reads this dont rent to her she acts like a tweeker. when I first met her and talked to her she seemed ok just a little high strung .But shortly after.I could see she was full of s--t.She has started unauthorized unfinish constuction- destruction projects in my home.she has not payed rent for three months and she has avoided my attempts to collect lieing,saying I am harasing her sexualy.because I am trying to get money owed..I took her to court myself but she lied so much to the judge got confused. He set it for trial and recomened that we both get attorneys.That srewed me because attorneys are not cheap.renting has cost me alot more than I have made from it.It has put me in debt. I called Greg he talked to me for no charge.most attorneys were prudish and unfriendly and wanted anywhere from 100-200 just to talk "Not Greg" ...So far Greg has been very patient and professional and is super about working with me on payments .I will let you know how it comes out I got a judgement its 2653 but laws make it imposible to collect. The courts are just plain money hungry The inocent party the one that wins should niot have that much troble collectting It is rediculous.
