Not so "Fantastic". I've been there four times (really giving them a chance) - twice for myself and twice for my kids....I'm giving up.... If you do dare to go, my only advice....speak very slowly and in very simple details, constantly remind them what you want thoughtout the entire cut, and don't let them turn your back to the mirror. By the way, how do you mess up a 4 year olds cut twice?????? Uggg......
