I don't know about the other reviews on here because 1/2 the time they are the company writing about themselves. HOWEVER I have a storage unit that I can't find the key for and have been meaning to call a locksmith for weeks. Finally I went on the Net and found these guys. I have never used a locksmith before and wasn't sure how it all worked. I thought you had to schedule an appointment or have it be on a certain day. I called on a Sunday to set up an appointment for next week . . . they are on their way over in 30 minutes and it's no additional charge. Estimates apparently vary but it's usually $45 - $55 just for them to drive to your house. Which honestly is worth it as the other option is me going down there with a sledge hammer? Overall I was really impressed. If for some reason anything goes wrong in the billing I will be sure to post another comment otherwise great company.

To Whom it may Concern in Management:
I will always use your serve, the Locksmith service was great & your customer service rep was very nice and supportive. I found your serve online and looked at your website, I then filled out all the info to make an appointment. In no time one of your dispatchers called me back ( & I thought that I would have to call you…‘cause most of the times that’s what happens). Then the lady that called me was curious for details to know all about my situation, I’m feeling good that I didn’t have to call another service provider. You need to know that Just because there's an emergency to get into someone’s house doesn't mean the customer will accept any type of treatment, it was already stressful enough being locked out with my wife and child in the hospital; that’s why I’m appreciating your Customer service’s management that knows how important its job is and even if it’s a home and not a big business the treatment I’ve received was superb (!), because believe it or not every big business owner has a house and connections with other people that have one or the other or both. Trust me I know & thanks again!

I was very pleased with the work that Dan did for me. He fitted two locks for me. He was a very friendly, pleasant and professional man, very courteous, and totally put me at my ease. I called his company, and he was their within 30 minutes. What was a surprise was that he even cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend him to all my friends. The price was very reasonable.
