They do not have shuttle service on Saturdays, which makes is really inconvenient I mean who wants to wait around at dealership for 2-3 hrs. In fact I even had my wife take the car in on a weekday when they do have shuttle service, but it took them so long to get someone to take her home that the car was ready before someone could shuttle her. Bad customer service and no sense of urgency the only thing good about this place is the new building, but that is it!!!
