Talk about poor customer service! We had a 2:00 p.m. appointment for service, to check our engine light. We were told that it would take about an hour to run the diagnostics on the car. By 3:30, we got a little impatient because it had been an hour and a half and when we asked how much longer it would be, the lady tells us "oh, the guy isn't here right now. We're waiting for him to come in." We're lucky my husband didn't explode on her right then and there. So we sat for an hour and a half and the test that takes an hour wasn't even started yet because a technician wasn't there! The lady never told us that she was waiting for a specific guy (she didn't have to, either, but she felt it would be a good thing to wait for the one guy who worked on our car the last time just to run a test). Had we stayed there, we would have been waiting for the guy for god knows how long and then waiting another hour just to run the test to find out when to bring it back. Needless to say, we brought it to Sussex Honda and had a very pleasant experience and were in and out in just over an hour.
