Kelly is a great guy, very helpful, personable, and has great prices. He had a lot of creative ideas on ways I could cut costs. While I didn't end up using him, I would certainly call him for future estimates. I guess my only complaint would be that his response time (after he came to the house) was delayed. That's the only reason we didn't use him - we had already booked someone else when he called back (he would have been a couple hundred dollars cheaper, had we gone with him). Nice guy though.
