    When I began looking for a property management company I was concerned about turning over the biggest investment of my life to a complete stranger. I would be thousands of miles away and literally unable to check up on my home. I have now found a company that takes the kind of care I would if I were still living there. From their extensive background checks on prospective tenants to their rigorous ongoing maintenance and upkeep, I am impressed with the way they treat my home as if it were their own!

    They found me a great family to rent my home in Alpharetta, GA. I relocated to New York for work, and could not sell my home. I was very afraid to rent out, because all oll the scary stories I heard about bad tenants destroying people homes.. My tenants have been renting from me now for 7 months and have not been a problem. We are working on a lease purchase now, with them.
