I got a pair of pants let down here, and it was $19, DOUBLE the price I have paid at any other tailor, and they didn't do what I asked. I took them back to have them do what I originally requested and when I got them back a second time they were even worse. It was as if she had been angry that I brought the pants back and purposfully ruined them.
And the orginal alteration took a full week.
DO NOT trust them with any clothing you like, it might get ruined.-

I Haven't used their alteration but the dry cleaning is excellent,my suits were nicely cleaned and pressed the best I have ever had I took one pair of slacks in that I knew wouldn't come clean but the cleaning man did a miracle on them and now I won't visit any other cleaners I highly recommend this cleaners to anyone who wants their clothes looking their best.GOOD JOB!

I have all my alterations at French Laundry. While a little pricey, it's definitely worth it. Looking at the garment, one could not tell where the alterations were done, and they usually have them completed within two to three days. The laundry service is awesome as well. They were able to save a garment that I thought was irreperably stained. Plus, I enjoy the fresh scent of the clothes rather than the chemical odor of most dry cleaners.
