I just moved here and was looking for a great hair stylist. I found her! I was referred to J Flo, (Florice) as the go-to-gal for color & style. It was her 1st time doing my color and she got it spot on. That's a real talent by itself. Plus she added high/low lights and a fantastic trim and style. I highly recommend her! She also showed me her silky hair extensions as an option for my next visit which I can't get out of my mind. If you need an a special up-do, I saw her pictures and they look fantastic. Obviously I'm thrilled w/the recommendation I got. You will be too.

I hate to write a bad review about a stylist, but I had an awful experience with Sheila. Her chairside manner was very, very poor. To make matters worse, after burning my hair with a curling iron, she told me "Oh no, that is hair dye from the iron." To cover it up, without asking me, Sheila used a razor to remove the burned hair and proceeded to razor the top layer of the back of my head. I have baby fine hair. Stylists do not touch my hair with razors. She butchered my bangs as well. They look as if I took sheers and whacked them off. I so regret that this occured because her first cut was a different experience: she took her time and did a fabulous job. This time she rushed through the cut, finishing in a few minutes. She also arrived ten minutes late and I had to sit and wait for her for our 10:30 appointment. I have never experienced poor treatment from a stylist, but this was over the top. Flo was extrememly kind and tried her best to improve the situation and I was grateful for her attempts. At this point I would recommend the salon, but be wary of Sheila.
