User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI have had a bad experiance here because it has become so dangerous. Recently we have had problems with fights and the management has done nothing to stop it. Also, it has become very shady at night. If I had it to do over I would not move here at all.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis was by far the worst place I have evr lived in my life. The management is completly inadequate. I had a grill in the back of my truck and they had my truck towed which ended up costing me $70. They also don't keep it clean I had busted eggs on the front of my apt. for at least 4 months and they are still there (not to mention the vomit on the steps which has been there for months). We even had an outside bench on our balcony which they complained about, but other people had laz-e-boys on theirs. One last thing is that I lived on the bottom floor and we kept a trash can for our cigerette butts, which we threw in the trash every time, but when butts end up in the garden outside of our balcony we of course get blamed, just disregard the fact that 8 people used the 2 balconys above us. Besides all that the pool and small amenities such as kitchen appliances were great, if you don't mind a tyrant looking over your back all the time.

yes, by far the worst place i have ever lived. My roomates truck got broken into and everything stolen. I had a friend that lived in the apt. her door got kicked in late one night. They bitched about everything i havnt even lived there all summer but i went to get some things and i had about 10 notices on my door telling me what i was doing wrong when i hadnt lived there in three months. My room flooded from faulty plumming the bath tub didnt drain and thats just the half of it so good luck if you decide to live here
