I like it so far. I am starting my second ten days. I had been just gaining and gaining lately. I lost 5% of my body weight in ten days. So I am going in the right direction. The first few days were hard. I sometimes forget to rotate the spheres! But hope to get better. I have not cheated except on one day ate later than I should have. For me, the milk days are best. I feel like I am eating more healthfully, but I know I am not eating very much!.
I just had my 2nd weigh in and have lost 27 pounds. The milk days are hard, not because I am hungry, but because I just have cravings. I have not cheated once. I feel great, high energy and my knees are no longer sore.
This is the easiest program that I have ever tried. The spheres make the backs of you ears a little sore, but you get used to it after a couple of days.
This program can be a little expensive so I would suggest starting it only if you are 100% committed.
im just starting sadkhin, im in the beginning 10 day cycle.the second day was difficult i cheated,1 time, ate meat. I dont think i was hungry but my mind kept thinking about food! day 3 was milk day it was ok but drinking milk and tea allday is kinda boring but i wasnt hungry. day four not hungry but i cheated again. 2 slices of veggie pizza. I did notice a 3 pound weight loss by day 3, but i gained it back with pizza. i do think that this is a good plan, it's hard when others try to help by bringing you something to eat, at work-pizza was my boss being nice asked me to eat with him we were both busy and he wasnt going out as usual. the meat on day 2 was my boyfriend he brought me something i had asked for awhile back. and he did it without asking me it was a surprise, i just couldnt tell him i couldnt eat it. on it day 5 veggie/fruit day no problem not hungry very focused not tired at all.Rotating sphere's is a little tough because i get busy and sometimes i forget, and yes when rotating sphere's the area gets alittle sore, but i guess im use to it. Overall if I stick to it, which i am trying my best, i think this will work. It is a very disciplined program with so far not a lot of variety if you're not a veggie lover, i stick primarily with broccoli cauliflower,carrots, apples, and bananas. I have 40 pounds to lose...wish me luck!!!
