    my experience at Ultimate Martial arts has been very positive. The instructors have a very positive attitude and they encourage the students to have positive attitudes also. They don't put you down. They encourage you to keep trying and not give up both in martial arts and in life.

    HOLY GROUND AND POUND what a work out been doing it 25 plus years and this is the Best i have seen.
