We had a great experience with Mr. Carpet. The owner came to our home and took the time to listen to our wants and we never felt rushed or pushed to make a decision. Since we had a little sticker shock at the carpet we picked out, we decided to shop around at some of the big box stores as a sanity check. Mr. Carpet was more than happy to come back to our home a second time to present some less expensive options and we ultimately found something we love. When it was all said and done, I believe we got a better quality carpet and more importantly, complete piece of mind that there would be no installation issues / hidden fees for only $200 - $300 more than the big boxes. I spent quite a bit of time reading reviews on the big box installers and it seemed like it was hit and miss between an okay experience vs. a nightmare. The best part about using Mr. Carpet is that I knew I was dealing with a quality individual / company so once we finally picked the carpet (the hardest part), I didn't worry about the installation. I would definitley recommend Mr. Carpet to family and friends and we will definitely use them when we decide to install a runner on our front stairs.

Our Mr. Carpet experience was excellent. We had both several different flooring types installed and were simply thrilled with the "body of work." MI had picked Mr. Carpet based on the positive reviews I had read AND two glowing word-of-mouth recommendations. I'm pleased to say that all sources were right on the money. We will happily look to Mr. Carpet for any of our future flooring needs.
