Kokopelli Incorporated

We have visited this store a few times and have always enjoyed our visits. Their product selection is amazing and the store layout is classy
and fun.
I purchased a red leather jacket for my wife and she absolutely loves it.
Their prices are a little high but the quality of their merchandise is quite good.
Very friendly and helpfull staff and very good quality merchandise.
Worth visiting if you're in the area.

This place has a lot of really cool stuff! They have all kinds of Native American items...even jewelry! I think I spent an hour trying on their jewelry. The people there were so friendly and helpful and it made the experience so much fun.

My experience with Kokopelli was a very negative one.
I bought a pin as a gift for someone and when the person tried to put the pin on it broke (the clasp would not open). Four days later I returned to the store to EXCHANGE the pin. Kokopelli would not exchange the pin because I did not have a receipt and their policy required a receipt. (I DID HAVE the original package clearly marked Kokopelli on it.)
I understand that stores have policies (I work in retail). But policies are meant to be guidelines to protect the store from theft, fraud, etc.
I was not looking for a refund I was simply looking for an exchange for a product they could cleary see was defective.
Kokopelli will never get my business again!!!!
