Handy Randys

Very disappointed!

Randy did some work in my home last fall. He forgot to reconnect the washer hose when he was finished with the job. So then when I did a load of laundry it flooded my downstairs basement bedroom . Since this is now a rental property I did not know until recently that it STILL smells like mildew and the carpet needs to be replaced.

Then in a lapse of reason I called him to winterize our house. ie: Blow out sprinklers, drain and shut down swamp cooler. He neglected to drain the water out of the cooler line which then burst over the winter causing MORE water damage to the walls in the house!

I contacted him to let him know I have had to pay out over $600 to fix his mess and of course NO RESPONSE! So aggravating! So frustrating! Many lessons learned! Please beware if you are considering Randy's services. He is a nice person, but is severely incompetant and neglectful when it comes to doing the job right!
