    I thought I had a low rate locked in from lending tree and then the day before I was supposed to close I got the list of closing costs (over $15,000) and backed out. I found Dale from Dedicated Mortgage Associates on Google he locked me at 4.375% with low fees and got our loan closed. These guys are awesome. Plus, the service was exceptional.
