    We've been to Carmine's several times and have always had a wonderful experience. The homey atmosphere at this family-run restaurant is casual and inviting. The homemade food is delicious and authentically Italian (much like what we had when we lived on the east coast). And the service is excellent. Whether you live in the Tri-Cities or are just visiting, skip the usual chain restaurants and head to Carmine's for a delightfully unique experience.

    Carmines is YUM YUM YUM!!! Best Italian food I've ever had. Don't tell my Mom because she's Italian, LOL! The restaurant is set up in a home, yes it's a real home. The tables are dining room tables so it feels like you're eating Sunday dinner with the family. All meals are made from scratch same day and are AMAZING. Just thinking about their spaghetti, melt in your mouth meatballs and Italian sausage is making me hungry! Each night they serve a different main dish which is served family style. They have 5 main dishes (Baked Zitti, Fettuccini, Spaghetti, Rigatoni and Lasagna) The service is superb! The entire staff is friendly and so welcoming. They make you feel like you're part of the family. Save room for dessert. My favorite is the ice box cake. Carmines is a must try.
