User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI have used them for my wedding in Ocober of 2008 and still have not recieved my wedding pictures. She wont return calls or nothing. They left my reception early and took no pictures of my wedding reception. Im now taking legal action and they have so many complantes with bbb. They are horrible and i wouldn't allow them to doing wedding pictures at all.

I agree with the last post that Erin is fun. The problem is with her communication. My wedding was June 6, 2009. It has been 51 days since our wedding and LITERALLY have not heard from her since, except for the day my husband called and she told us they would be ready on thursday. That was 25 days ago and STILL no word from her! She told us she had a death in the family and that was why it was taking so long but then we called around the 13th of july and the message said she was on vacation until sometime near the 22nd. We left a message everyday! When we called on the 19th all of a sudden her message said she was on vacation until the 17th but still no answer. I called today to ask again and her message inbox is full! Who goes on vacation when you apparently are so far behind?!? This is rediculous! Plus all night she kept asking for my brother to lend her cigs the night of the wedding.WTF! I really would not suggest to use her unless you are willing to wait monthes just so see the pictures! its been almsot 2 monthes nad we haven't see 1 picture!

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service. There is absolutely no communication from the photographers. When you send an email or try to call you get no response for days sometimes even over a week!
I tried to get a hold of her 2 weeks before my wedding to confirm, then 4 days before my wedding I found out she was out of town until the day before my wedding and she didn't let me know at all that I would have no confirmation of anything with her.
TERRIBLE service!
Wouldn't recomment to my worst enemy!
