    Seriously, this has become my favorite suhi experience in town. With all the choices we have, it is nice to see someone competing on a new level. I have been to Japan and this place feels like the real deal. They have a variety of rolls and sashimi offerings that I'm willing to bet you have never tried(like a breaded and deep fried california roll served warm)yummy. Great service. Food is always fresh. Only one sushi artist/chef. Nobody else steps in no matter how busy it gets and the man is the best around, fast, and meticulous. If you show a great interest in his work he will usually introduce you to a new unusal treat-like conk meat. You can spend a lot of money here, always well worth it.
