User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsNot honest about all costs up front; did not inform me that having a bounce house at a park would require an additional permit from the city ($25 per hour!). The city of San Clemente states she has no liability insurance on file with them, and gave me a list of reputable firms to choose from.

It's very important when people write reviews that they are correct. This is completely incorrect. The customer was directed to contact the city to see if a reservation was requires and if any fees are required. Every city has different requirements which change regularly. It is not up to the company to quote city prices, since we have nothing to do with this part of the process. Our company has been in business for over 11 years and pride ourselves on customer service. We are an approved vendor on the city and county list. Unfortunately, some people you just can't please.
