User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsParadigmsâ atmosphere is warm & inviting and the service is always top notch! Everyone to whom we have recommended Paradigms Restaurant has been thrilled! We can honestly say all that every visit has been consistently excellent (which we have found to be a cherished rarity in restaurant dining)!
We highly recommend starting with the "Wow Factor" (Stuffed Tempura Fried Artichokes with Provencal Goat Cheese, Spicy Tomato Broth) and âTHE Vegetable Delightâ (Parsnip âPapardelleâ, Wild Mushrooms, Parmesan, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Asparagus, Parsley, and Truffle Oil).
For main dishes, we found the "Always back for More Salmon" (Sesame Crusted Salmon, Vegetable Cous-Cous with Pine nuts and Currants, Carrot Tandoori Tomato Sauce, Garam Masala Oil) & "Now thatâs Steak" (Tri-Pepper Dusted Beef Tenderloin, âVegetableâ Mashed Potatoes, Warm Artichoke Salad, Red Wine Veal Jus) were both absolutely exquisite!!
