Since purchasing my 2002 (NEW) Honda Odyssey from Windward Honda, i new it was a huge investment for me and my family. I knew that for my van to take care of my family i needed to take care of my van, it was like one of my children. I work in town and almost always have my car service at Pflueger because of the convenience and awesome facility. The people are friendly and welcoming! Terrible service! I decided to purchase for the very 1st time a Honda pre-owned certified auto, which I did in February 2011 from this dealer. A couple of weeks ago, I had to use the "hazard" lights, but discovered that it was not working properly, so I called Pflueger and spoke to Jimmy Chow, Asst. Service Manager, and made an appt to have the lights checked out. Upon checking, he indicated that the lights needed to be repaired and that he had to order the parts, which would take a few days to come in, and at the same time mentioned what the cost would be. I mentioned to him that if I had known that the hazard lights were not working properly at the time of the purchase (who normally checks the hazard lights on a "certified" pre-owned car), I would have insisted to have it fixed before I purchased the car, so I felt that Pflueger should pick up the cost. He mentioned that when the parts came in he would talk to the salesperson that sold me the car and see if the cost can be waived. Last week, Terry called and mentioned that the parts came in and to follow up if I had made an apt with the service Dept. I mentioned the above and she said she would check with the Manager and Jimmy. I also called Jimmy the same day to follow up with him and left a message. To DATE, he or no one else bothered to call me back. A simple courtesy call would have been sufficient so that I know what is happening. Anyways, really bad service in my opinion and I am really contemplating on getting another car.
