I found the site very useful and I especially liked the personalized pics on the website because first impressions matter. All inquiries were responded to within 24 hours and were from the owner himself. That made me feel like my needs were important to him. When an appointment was finally set up, the owner himself met with me and he was prepared to offer me advice and suggestions that would better fit my needs and budget. He made it easy for me to make an educated decision and my job was done on schedule and under budget. When Don and Son Trucking and Excavating says 'We will get it done' they mean it. Those larger companies acted like my job was too small for them to be bothered with. I would recommend this company because of the person touch Mr. Mansfield gave me. His company provided outstanding service in a timely fashion and it was done the way I wanted. I was consulted whenever there needed to be a change to the original plan. Things were explained to me and alternate choices were offered to me. I was in charge and in this day and age that is quality customer service in my opinion.
