User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsChumley's has supremely tender meat with creative application. You can easily make a pound of brisket your meal, but try the Redneck Gyro - a fantastic way to eat bbq! Side dishes are off the hook - best mac n cheese in the east!

Just wanted to say you have âThe Bestâ BBQ weâve ever tasted! We stopped in today while driving thru town, at first we were going to eat at the deli/diner, but as we were walking on the sidewalk and I saw your place for the first time there was no doubt in my mind we had to take a immediate detour. We are from North Jersey, and great tasting BBQ is non existent here. Infact, last year we ate at the Mason Jar, a restaurant in Mahwah that prides itself on BBQ, but when I took a bite into their pulled pork sandwich I was horrified! Bland tasting and certainly dry, stale pork that must have been sitting out for hours. We were very dissatisfied and never returned.
First up was a ½ lb of wings, mild, and they were awesome! Perfectly cooked & crispy, the sauce was lip smacking! MMMMMM, next was a giant sized pulled pork sandwich, so large that the buns were being pushed to max capacity, I thought to myself: Do my eyes deceive me?!! Is this really all for me?! Well, maybe, my wife quickly grabbed a few pieces before I clamped down tight with both hands. Iâm not sure long it lasted, maybe 5 minutes, maybe 10 at most, but then it was history, that sandwich was the BEST Iâve ever had. The Pulled pork was hot, tender and beyond tasteful. The BBQ sauce was beyond any other sauce Iâve ever tasted.
Well Chef Dan, CONGRATS!!! You have done it! Your hard work has paid off and it certainly shows in the quality of your food. The staff was very polite, helpful and provided quick service. The inside of the establishment was clean and organized.

I catered Ribs and wings for my boyfriends B-day party and everyone loved the food. Great ribs and wings - noT cheap with the food and they provided great catering service. I needed the food delivered to Chester at a certain time and they were spot on!!!
Great food - Great Service no complaints!!VERY AFFORDABLE ALSO!
