I second the motion because my rewards $ wasn't able to be used when purchase was made. When I returned after an hour of work to get a print out to verify they wanted me to wait in a long.... customer service line. I wasn't able to wait. Finally I get home to work with this new program I just bought & after another hour I realize a CD is missing from my purchase. I am going early today.
