I am a repeat customer and so far my experiences have been satisfactory. This last experince was terrible! This company failed to show up for our scheduled event this last Saturday. I called three times. The first time I left a message. The second time no one answered so I hung up. The third time (about 30 min after the first call) an employee answered the phone. He took the call and told me he would call me back immediately. After another 25 minutes the driver called me and said there was a mix up because of the rain that morning and they had lost the paper work. He said he would drive it out right now and deliver it for free. I declined because it was too late by that time and so he said to just call into the office and they would take care of me on Monday. So today I called the office....I must have been speaking to the person the AMN (Oct 6th) is speaking about in their review below. After i told him my story his response was, I don t handle that............(silence)..... I waited and said, ...OK....? His response was, OK?........(silence) Then I kind of laughed and said I didn t feel like I was getting very good customer service. He said, Why, because I said I can t help you? LOL! DUH! In the end I just asked to have an owner or manager call me back and I would deal with them. It was bad enough that they just forgot me, but then to have this guy answer the phone the way he did really pushed my buttons. Don t they want my business? They need a big lesson in customer service. I am waiting to hear back from the owners/manager. If they call me back and how they handle it moving forward will determine if I ever do business with them again.
Was a wonderful transaction. They were very reasonable, courteous and helpful. I will be renting again soon. The best thing about it all is the parents at the party could enjoy themselves and the children were busy and entertained.
We checked all over town for the best price and selection before we rented. I was impressed with the castle it was clean and the driver was great they took the time to make sure we knew how everything worked. There is a huge selection of castles it took some time to decide, we rented the lion king for my son 3rd birthday. At just 70.00 it was well worth it I spent more on balloons.
