Pilates and More offers a wide assortment of fitness and health activities for both the body and the mind. We specialize in Mat and Machine Pilates, but also offer classes in Barre, Yoga, Zumba and Walking for Fitness. We even offer Swedish Massage and Thai Yoga Bodywork. We pride ourselves on tailoring our Pilates program to suit the needs of our clients. Our instructors are trained to work with people of all ability levels, as well as those who have injuries, chronic pain, or long-term illness (such as Multiple Sclerosis or Rheumatoid Arthritis). We also have instructors who are certified in pre and post natal Pilates. We offer private sessions and group classes with an assortment of package deals and discounts. What you'll find at Pilates and More is not like what you'll experience at a "gym". Since we focus on the health of the whole body, we strive to create a positive and welcoming environment.
