User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsThis place has acceptable food, usually. It also used to have a very good wait staff. Unfortunately, it seems all the good wait staff has left the place. Not helping the situation is an apparent understaffing by management. I say this only after a couple bad experiences over the last few months. The last two specific experiences include a waitress who didn't know what food went to what table, even though she took the orders and forget about drink refills or orders missing items. On another visit, the waitress was engrossed in a reality TV show (the biggest loser, to be exact) and couldn't be bothered to actually tend tables. The worst part of it was that they had cranked up the TV volume and the noize from the show saturated the dining area. No thanks for that! It will be a while before I dare try my luck here again...
Truth be told, all the above is probably more of a (lack of/poor) management issue than anything else. I wish they could be made aware and correct the issues because the food generally is acceptable.-

Went there in the fall. The food was okay. It was dirty, and the waitress was a mess.
She walked up to our table saying, "what do you want?" I asked her what was good, she said, "Don't get the macaroni and cheese, its really bad."
We got our drinks really quickly, but our food took a while. Someone else brought our food out and then we didn't see our waitress for another 30 mins! When she finally came back she said, âSorry I was gone so long, I was outside day dreaming."
I think that says enough. -
