Everyone in the store worked hard to help get me the lowest price on Maytag appliances. From free shipping to a $300 Best Buy gift card, the employees were great!-

I went to this Best Buy specifically to purchase 2 NDS games for my daughter-the ad in the paper had them listed as buy one get one free-they did not ring up at this advertised priced-the sales assoc.-young kid-tried to tell me I was mistaken-had him get a manager and an ad copy-verified that I was indeed correct. The manager made the charge adjustment-though I imagine others will have the same problem if they wish to get the ad special. The sales assoc. should have been more knowledgable on the current ad prices-and NEVER doubt a customers request until you have the facts.

Awesome store with fantastic employees! One of the best Best Buys I have ever been to. Keep up the good work, and I will definetly be back there to do my shopping!
