We are very sorry that you had such a bad experience. Here at Camp Bow Wow our employees take their jobs very seriously and love the dogs they work with. Our campers are divided into groups depending on their size and energy level. All campers must past an interview process before becoming a camper. Staff are also pet first aide certified in case of an emergency and go through a thorough behavior training program for monitoring the play yards safely.
