Kudos for AJ's Chicken and Waffles!
My mother heard about the restaurant on the radio and was excited about eating there. We were not disappointed! The waffle was very light and fluffy, and the chicken was very well seasoned. I chose greens and yams for my sides. The yams were delicious and sweet enough that I ate them on my waffle instead of the syrup or honey offered. Can't wait for .99cent waffle Tuesdays, although the plate I got at around $9 was generous and I ended up taking some of it home for a small meal later. The Papa's Tea is sweet with a hint of fruit in it. Very good. I will definitely be back. And yes, they are very much open for business! -

This is the best waffles I've had yet. The chicken is great also. And, Oh-h my God, the Papa's Tea over the top. Delicious. My husband & I really enjoyed EVERYTHING we had. You won't be disappointed.
