La Piazza Ristorante

This place is terrible! I will never go there again! (1) There is a fancy side to the restaurant and if you're looking for the take-out side, they let you know that you NEED to use the other entrance. They were very rude. (2) Their food is gross. The pizza is soggy and soaked in grease. Their wings are hot no matter the flavor. I ordered BBQ and I swear they kept sending me buffalo sauce. And their so-called "blue cheese dressing" had no flavor and tasted like old, hard, rotten milk! (3) When I called the "manager" to let him know that my wings were too spicy and tasted like buffalo wings, he told me I was wrong and that the sauce they put on it was BBQ. Yet, he sent me new wings after a 20 question interview, and told me that I needed to return all 25 wings, which I did. All I tasted was the sauce because I could see that it was a hot sauce. IT WAS RED! That means Hot! (4) When I get the second batch of wings, they were still red and a little bit spicy. Fine, but then the blue cheese was old and nasty. So, my husband called to complain and the "manager" kept yelling and arguing with my husband. He wouldn't let my husband get in two sentences. The manager also said, word for word, "Customers are like everybody else. They're not always right." This place needs new management and fast, or they are going to go down the tubes like their rotten food is going down the garbage disposal!!!
