They have an answering service from somewhere else. They will not tell you where they are. They DO NOT have an Ohio PUCO Moving License. They will not let you speak to anyone and must call you back in 1/2 hour. After asking questions they hung up on me, and when I called back they refused to answer the phone.

They were very personable and fun to be working with but did not let that get in the way what they needed to do. Very nice guys! I actually had a great time with my move because of these guys!
