This place is really amazing, and I definitely recommend others to come here. Carol is very nice, helpful and professional. It seemed like she genuinely wanted to help me, not try to sell me products. She was also very knowledgeable about the products. She was patient and her explanations were clear. Besides, the whole staff is just exceptional.

Best decision that I have ever made. I have tried many products for the acne, but none of them worked. I just wasted a lot of money. I also went to see the doctors. At the beginning, they prescribed me some birth control pills which were not working on me. Finally, one of the doctors prescribed me the Accutane, which is the strongest acne pill. It has a series of scary side effects. I didn't suffer a lot of side effect, but I did have a very severe dry skin. No matter how much moisturize I applied on my face, my skin will be peeling off very soon. After taking this medicine for a while, I decided to stop it because I cannot see any improvement on my skin.

At the beginning, I didn't have much expectation for facial. I tried facial treatment in other store before, but my skin didn't get any better but painful. However, after the first try at Carol's place, I can feel my skin got better. Therefore, I decided to purchase a package for the acne treatment. Carol also gave me a discount, buy 10 get 1 free. I also like the music when I get my facial. The music is so soothing, and they always do massage, eyebrows, and hand treatment beside facial. I am really satisfied with the price because it is very reasonable. I already brought many of my friends, and they totally loved their experiences. I can say that Carol changed my life. She helps me to build up my confidence. All my friends are surprised when they see me.

I am super picky when it comes to beauty salons. I haven't found a good place yet and I have lived here for years. Then I decided to try this salon from a friend's recommendation. I had my facial treatments and was very impressed with the customer service and result. The people there were very friendly. The aesthetician was respectful in treating my skin the way I want it and made changes along the way if I didn't like how it was. The result was fabulous and the price was reasonable. One thing though, most workers there do not speak English. But that doesn't matter as long as the end result is good. Next time I would surely try highlights and other types of treatments. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Serenity Skin Care is in a nicer location than before. I go there for facial's only and have not tried any other service. Their facial pricing is extremely reasonable for the amount of time that they spend on your face. I have been there more than 5 times and every time it has been a great experience. They don't try and sell me any products nor do I have to go there every month. There is only one other place that has given me the best facial (see my other review) but she is 2x more expensive, so I like Serenity Skin Care because I could go often. I only splurge on the other place when I have a gift certificate. So if you are someone who likes to get a good massage at a great price, Serenity Skin Care is the place to go
