User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsThe service was ok. The food was not very good. Also the portion size for the price was small. The decor is very nice...but they need to work on the food/serving size/service! If you want good seafood, this is NOT the place!!
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI have only been to this place once, but our waiter was really nice. He got our order correctly, and didn't get annoyed when we asked for extras. The crab cakes that I got were really good, and the drink I got from the bar was also good. My husband didn't so much like what he ordered, but maybe next time he can try something different.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis is one of the WORST places to eat here in Jacksonville. Our idiot waitress, Tiffani, screwed up the iniital drink and food order and then the subsequent drink orders. When bringing out the king crab legs that I was waiting on, she grabs them off the plate she brought them out on with her hands and placed them on the plate I was eating off of! When in the does anyone want thier waiter/waitress to use thier hands to places food on your plate?
Upon complaining to the assistant manager, he offered to replace my entire plate, but after the way things started I refused to even finish the meal. It was removed from the ticket and Tiffani received no tip at all. When Tiffani came to bring us our check she made the snide remark of "I'm really glad you enjoyed everything". One of my party went back in to get her food that was boxed up and again Tiffani made a snide remark of "Here's your food and your non tip receipt". She then proceeded to physically threaten that member of our dinner party and was sent to the back of the restraunt.
This place had crappy wait staff and service a year ago when it opened and it has not changed at all. Avoid this place and drive the extra amount of time it may take to go to a good seafood place outside of Jacksonville. There is no rating less than awful or it would get no stars.
