I am extremely surpised by the 1st review on this blog considering I have been working with Courtney and her service has been no less than honest and efficient.
We too were registered with Taylot Bean and had signed our loan documents in which we thought had funded when we received the news that Taylor Bean & Whittaker had gone out of business.
Although the news was bad, Courtney called and informed us immediately of this and offered to resubmit our loan with another investor. It took another 35 days to get the process done but we have now funded and received exactly what we wanted..

I recently fell victim to this company for a refinance. The agent handling my account, Courtney, was not very knowledgeable and promised everything. Was told I a rate when and on the 28th day of the the process in which I submitted all paperwork necessary, was told by Courtney that the rate had expired. Not good business at all. They work with Taylor, Bean and Whitaker who they vouched for as "the best company to work with". Didn't take long to find out that couldn't be further from the truth. Do yourself a favor and stay away from J Stone Living!!

I recently refinanced my primary home in Huntington Harbour. I worked with a Sr Consultant at J Stone by the name of Ray and he provided my family with the utmost in professionalism and service standards. I will definitely refer my friends and family to Mr Straughter.
