I have to say I was looking forward to my massage here however when I showed up they would not honor my Groupon voucher because I had gone to the shop 1 time before. Now I know that I should have been more aware that it was for new customers but I had gotten a babysitter, showed up and say they now wanted me to pay full pice because I had a massage 1 time before. Is it not good business to reward your customers and keep them happy?. I can understand saying No over the phone but I went there and they would prefer to have a slot go unfilled then keep a customer happy. They also were HUGE into upselling on the prior occassion I got massge saying I would have to pay more if I wanted a deep tissue massage over a swedish massage. I have never heard of charging more for that in my life. With so many places in business I would say pass to this one.
