The female behind the counter was extremely perky and pleasant! The donuts were fresh and my coffee yummy. I have been to alot of dunkin donuts coming from the Boston area but this one I must say was the cleanest and had the friendliest staff!
Long live Johnstown dunkin donuts!
One negative a drive thru experience of a iced coffee order about one month ago was poor. Asked if the sugar was syrup or granular kind was not answered ( was way over sugared and i like three sugars in my coffee so i am not afraid of sugar ) and I dont believe they had any chilled coffee for iced coffee made so hot coffee was poured over ice which of course just made watered down, no ice, luke warm coffee, YUCK! was extremely disappointed because when done right no one can beat a dunkin donuts iced coffee ( or hot coffee ) but after todays visit inside all is forgiven and i might give them another chance on the ice coffee! please please scalp avenue dunkin donuts have good ice coffee for the summer! I
