We kind of stumbled on this place this past summer. A long story but the food was good and the hospitality was even better. The owner took great care of us during our dilema - caught in a thunder storm in a convertible. The mussels were great.
I left the shop with a fisherman's platter and very high hopes. But I found the food and portions to be less than stellar. The paper bag was quite heavy. Unfortunately, potatoes weigh a lot. There were six measly clams, five or so sea scallops, several rings of calamari, a set of tentacles, a four inch fish filet, a bunch of pop corn shrimp and the small half of a lobster claw. Yeah, I know. No one includes lobster. Honestly, it wasn't even worth mentioning. I was very disappointed.
Right when I got to th resturaunt I knew I was home from the war hospitality to the fresh delicious food. I think my favorite thing on the menu was the shrimp I knew it was maine shrimp to because of the size it was one of the best meals I've had in years can't wait to go back
