Rose did a perm on my hair and I love it! It was exactly what I wanted and she was so helpful with treating my hair and answering my many questions. Rose was so friendly, as well as the other salon employees. I am a military wife and have found it hard to find a great salon. I will absolutely go back for everything until we move from here. I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a new, great, fashion forward hairstyle.
You can't please everyone. However, I recommend Mood Swing to everyone I know. They have never ruined my color, if anything these women have made it better and always leave in a better mood and feeling glamorous. Don't change a thing Rose. Your clients are faithful.
Would never go here again! Would not recommend any military wives going here especially if you have blonde hair, because she had me in there for 6 hours and I left with a burnt scalp and 3 different colors in my hair. If you want to keep your hair blonde I wouldnt recommend going here. I had a bad experience here and I decided to place my experience on here because I do have that right:)!!!

This client was a corrective color. When she came in her hair was yellow and gummy. I was able to put in low lights and tone the yellow, but was unable to get out the gold from her roots, unfortunately when undergoing a corrective color some unforeseen things happen like gold roots that not even bleach would remove. I absolutely will not charge a client that is unhappy with the results. She was supposed to return to follow to complete the service due to the fact that her scalp was getting irritated. All precautions were taken in between each procedure to ensure that the integrity of her hair was not compromised or made worse. The client did voice that she was not unhappy and would be back for follow up. Apparently this clients definition of blonde and my professional opinion are different. I consider myself a professional with 20 year experience and I guess I cant please everybody. HA HA!! I came online to get the number for the Salon because I lost my phone and I needed the number to make an appointment for myself and my son! My whole family and I travel from the far west side to go to the salon. Sounds to me like pinkacu24 went in with pretty bad hair in the first place. Little FYI Pinkacu24, not all Latinas can go "BLONDE MY HAIR WAS BLONDE!" Remember ladies it's Marilyn Monroe not Marilyn Martinez! Don't let this review scare you, go in for yourself and you will be very pleased with everyone there. Everytime I go there I get treated like family, you can't get that everywhere. And now, I'll make my appointment! ;-)
I let you know that I was very unhappy about what you did Rose. I did not ask to be in there for 6 hours and have you destroy my hair! I will say you are a very nice person and I dont mean to be didrespectful BUT I did not feel I should have paid. As soon as I got to my car I cried because you destroyed my hair, you burnt my scalp my hair is still falling out, You showed me a pic of what it what look like and it looked nothing like that. I did not come back because from experience of the first time I did not want to go through that anymore. I feel I should be refunded and I understand you have alot of happy clients and thats great, but I am one unhappy client and I voiced that to you, yet you still made me pay.
And Little FYI Kathy B, Im Caucasion, not Latina I did have blonde hair and she ruined it. I know what I went through in there I was in there for 6 hours. So keep on with your little comments, but Im entitled to my opinion just like you are, and just because its not something you dont doesnt mean you have to be rude, so get over. She did a bad job, noones perfect! so HAHA YOURSELF !
Buy a wig and cry me a river.....you write bad reviews about everywhere you go. That isn't a coincidence. Get over yourself and don't bother commenting on my review I'm done with you!! Um....HA HA!!!

I should have known Miss Kathy B. wouldnt agree with it LOLOLOL. Ever heard the phrase " Dont give a s***", thats what I think about you and your comments miss kathy b LOL. So keep on talking, because its just pure entertainment for me as well as others lol. This is between Rose and I last time I checked. Rose is a sweet woman like I said and was very nice, I do feel I should get a refund but is that any of your business? pinkacu24: Im sorry you had a bad experience there. Don't let anyone on here piss you off. What is a great salon to someone, isn't the same to another person. I like this salon. Rose has done my hair before and I loved it. But, like i said, its always going to be a different experience for everyone. I hope your hair recovers. Did you try the salon on base at the PX?
