Made me feel at ease. He had intelligent ideas and solutions, was patient and understating and went out of his way to get the job done on our time schedule.. not to mention that his quote was the most competitive one out there. I have always found the idea of locksmiths kind of creepy.. as they have access/keys to our whole lives. I am sincerely grateful to have come across a professional who shines justice on his trade, and I couldn't recommend him more highly.
