    I have to say this is quite an impressive operation. The customer service was world class - and my vessel sink and stunning Danze faucet arrived in fine shape...when promised at a great price. My girlfriends are all jealous of our new powder room! Thanks Vessel Sinks OC...YOU ROCK!

    Great customer service. I placed an order for a faucet, and they ran out of stock. Rather than giving me the run around, back-ordering or trying get me switch to a higher priced model, they instead upgraded me to the higher priced model at no extra cost! It was just a slight change to a more expensive finish on the faucet (chrome to stainless steel), so it still matched perfectly. But stainless is a more expensive material - and they picked up the cost. Thank you!!
