I am co-owner of Crossfit Santa Cruz Central and I cannot recommend Jill McCormick enough. I have been training and working out for over ten years and I have never had anyone tell me so much about my movement as jill did. It has helped me tremendously in my training. I had nagging back pain for almost a year now and with her assessment and prescription, I haven't felt my back in weeks. The staff at Sol is great as well, all very nice people. What sticks out the most to me, and is in my opinion the most important character trait someone in Jill's position can have (with such a dynamic field), is her pure enjoyment and excitement for what she does. With that alone I will without question recommend any of my clients to Jill when appropriate. Side note - I have never been able to touch my toes, ever. I've stretched for years, yoga, PNF, mobility work, you name it. I was in her office on the first day and in 5 minutes she had me touching my toes for the first time ever, no joke. I was sold on Sol!

SOL Santa Cruz and Dr. Karen Roitz have been a team of healers for me. My visits have not just consisted of chiropractic adjustments, depending on the needs each week, they have been able to provide me with electric stim, heat, ice, ultrasound, ART, and Graston, to mention just a few of the services they are capable of and give to their patients. I've suffered from back pain since I was in my early teens and have been seeing chiropractors since then. I have been playing an extremely physical sport for the last three years that left my back, neck and feet hurting every day. Dr. Roitz and SOL Santa Cruz took great care in focusing on each ailment until I found myself in a place where I did not wake up every day in pain. This last year during my pregnancy, I was able to see Dr. Roitz on a weekly basis and keep my back and neck healthy. Also, SOL Santa Cruz provides on-site massage therapy with some of the best massage therapists in town in a comfortable and relaxing environment. It was so comforting to go to a place that had the knowledge to work with me and relieve any pain I was having due to my pregnancy. More recently Dr. Roitz was able to fit me with custom orthotics, which will help relieve the foot pain I've been experiencing and also improve my posture and back pain. I would highly recommend SOL Santa Cruz and Dr. Roitz to anyone looking to have quality care with the most up-to-date techniques and equipment. I have not had a chance to take advantage of their physical therapy or pilates yet but know when I need or want to, I will be doing so at SOL Santa Cruz.
