User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsAs a business owner Joe is my go to IT guy. He is there in a jiffy and has resolved any problems that has come up. I own 3 laptops 2 printers and 2 desk model computers and I trust Joe and his staff with all my problems. Joe is very reasonable and is great to work with.

User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsAlthough I had trouble finding the right location, Joe (the one who was manning the station) didn't have a problem talking me through finding it. While Joe was very friendly and helpful, Rune PC didn't have the equipment to test the voltage output of my power supply, nor did the substitute power supply on hand have the right plugs to fit my equipment.

The power supply on this custom built computer did not fully power the CPU fan or the case fan, and since I did not have the multimeter handy and was confident of this issue, I gave this to the customer and did not charge anything for this diagnosis.
